Gray-veined tub alcove bathroom
A long, narrow bathroom with a tub alcove wrapped in large white tile with bold gray veining. The same tile look runs across the floor to the vanity.
This room is long and narrow, with the tub at one end and the vanity and toilet along the main wall. Using the same pale, veined tile on the alcove walls and the floor makes the space feel wider than it is.
Large wall pieces mean fewer joints in the tub surround, which is easier to keep clean. The layout had to work around the shower head and valve on the back wall, so we centered the field on the plumbing rather than on the room.
The dark vanity breaks up all that white and gives the room something to hold on to in the middle. Chrome fixtures keep the finish consistent from one end to the other.
